Laszlo Horvath was interviewed for today’s Washington Post article about packaging alternatives to plastics from an environmental viewpoint. “Paper, which is recyclable, is generally thought of as one of the most environmentally sustainable materials,” said Laszlo Horvath. But recycling paper is an extremely environmentally damaging process. “It requires a lot of chemicals, it requires a lot of energy, a lot of water.”
