CPULD Annual Membership & Advisory Board Meeting Information:
October 1st-2nd, 2024
Time:
- Tuesday, Oct. 1st: 8:30am-12:00pm = Student research presentations
- Tuesday, Oct. 1st: 12:00pm-1:30pm = Lunch provided at The Inn
- Tuesday, Oct. 1st: 1:30pm-5:00pm = Advisory Board Meeting
- Tuesday, Oct. 1st:: 5:30pm-10:00pm = Networking reception and dinner at Prestons at The Inn at Virginia Tech
- Wednesday, Oct. 2nd: 8:00am-12:00pm = Center Members-Only Annual Meeting
Location:
- The 2024 CPULD's Annual Membership & Advisory Board meeting will be held on Virginia Tech's campus.
- All of Tuesday's events will be held at The Inn at Virginia Tech: 901 Prices Fork Rd, Blacksburg, VA 24061
- Wednesday's members-only meeting will be at the Brooks Center: 1650 Research Center Rd. Blacksburg, VA 24061.
- Virtual attendance links will be provided for those who cannot come to Blacksburg this year.
Registration:
- Each member company is automatically allowed to send up to two employees to our annual meeting. But, we welcome anyone who is interested in attending, so if you have more employees who would like to participate, please contact us directly to arrange bringing extra people.

The Center for Packaging and Unit Load Design has a rate agreement in place with The Inn at VT for our annual meeting. You can stay at The Inn for $159.00 per night if you let them know when registering that you're here for our meeting.
